Ox-401 has good ability of uniform plating and deep plating, and can form bright coating in low and medium current density area. It can emulsify and disperse OCBA (o-chlorobenzaldehyde) and bar (benzylidene acetone), and has good compatibility with other additives.

1. It can be used alone as the main photoresist carrier or in combination with other carriers and emulsifiers. Used alone, recommended dosage: 200 ~ 300g / L.

2. It can be used as softener alone or in combination with other carriers, with excellent comprehensive performance. Used alone, recommended dosage: 200 ~ 300g / L. Recommended dosage: 20 ~ 60g / L.

3. Applicable temperature range: 20 ~ 45 ℃
